David Rose, ACG, ACAC, is an ICF and PAAC-certified Executive Function, ADHD, and Relocation Coach that assists adults in planning and organizing their relocation to their next destination. He understands that their ADHD traits can be advantageous if they become the town’s new driver. David obtained training from both the ADD Coach Academy and PAAC. Since 2017, he has worked on the ADHD Coaches Organization’s Programs Committee.
David was born and raised on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, and has spent many years in Washington, D.C. He worked in restaurants, was a certified massage therapist, and was an antique trader who specialized in Chinese export porcelain. In 2018, he and his partner relocated from Washington, DC to Tampa, Florida.

It was during this unexpected move to Tampa that he obtained his driver’s license and recognized he needed to fine-tune his ADHD perspective. His metacognition, priority, organization, and preparation clearly rewired his brain, so he chose to pursue a specialization in Relocation Coaching! He discovered methods for adjusting to his new surroundings through adaptable thinking, desire, and a clear vision.
In his spare time, David enjoys the outdoors, people, travel, cooking, breathing methods, and discovering new things that make him think and wonder.
